Friends, AchhiKhabar.Com (AKC) पढने वालों में एक बड़ा group ऐसे लोगों का है जो अभी अपने career making stage में हैं . और ऐसे ही readers के लिए मैं interview training की एक online service launch करना चाहता हूँ .
Service launch करने के पहले phase में मैं कुछ लोगों की Free Interview Training conduct करना चाहता हूँ , ताकि उससे कुछ ideas लेकर और candidates की need समझ कर मैं अपने training-program को fine-tune कर सकूँ . ऐसा करने से मुझे इसका अंदाज़ा भी लग जायेगा की दरअसल ऐसी किसी service की demand है भी या नहीं , और अगर मुझे लगा की demand है तो ही मैं इसके अगले phase में Paid Online Interview Training service launch करूँगा .
Online Training के दौरान क्या – क्या होगा ?
इस दौरान निम्नलिखित चीजें cover की जाएँगी :
1) CV walk-through and correction:
मैं आपकी मौजूदा CV को critically analyze करूँगा और उसमे present mistakes को remove करूँगा. उसके बाद मैं CV के base पर आपके लिए a set of questions तैयार करूँगा जो किसी भी interview में पूछे जा सकते हैं .
Note: यहाँ मैं आपके लिए कोई नयी CV नहीं design करूँगा , बल्कि आप ही की CV को ठीक करूँगा .
2) Mock Interview with instant feedback:
मैं Skype / Google Talk /Mobile पर आपका mock interview conduct करूँगा . ये interview आधे घंटे से 1 घंटे तक चलेगा . Interview के दौरान ही मैं आपके हर एक answer को evaluate करूँगा , और आप उसे कैसे और अच्छा बना सकते हैं बताऊंगा .
Note: Free training के दौरान मैंने बस एक ऐसा session plan किया है जबकि Paid training में no. of sessions अधिक होंगे.
3) Thorough preparation of any 10 FAQs in an interview :
Job Interview/ College admission में पूछे जाने 10 वाले सबसे common questions को specially prepare कराऊंगा . ये answers आपके background और experience पर based होंगे . आप चाहें तो इनमे अपनी choice के कुछ questions include कर सकते हैं .
Note: Paid training में मैं in questions के written answers available कराऊंगा .
4) Handling awkward questions :
Interview में पूछे जा सकने वाले कुछ awkward questions की मैं अलग से preparation कराऊंगा .
For e.g : Why your marks are so less ? / आपके number इतने कम क्यों हैं ?Why is there a break in your studies / jobs? पढाई / job के दौरान break क्यों है ? Etc.
5) Final Dress rehearsal interview and feedback.
Finally training के अंत में एक interview लूँगा , जो बिलकुल real interview की तरह होगा , इसमें मैं बीच -बीच में interrupt नहीं करूँगा और interview के अंत में final feedback दूंगा .

कोई भी व्यक्ति जो interview की तैयारी करना चाहता है . चाहे वो MBA college में admission के लिए prepare कर रहा हो या फिर किसी job में select होने के लिए .
- ये training कौन देगा ?

नहीं , as I have mentioned, पहले phase में ये 100 % Free होगा .
